Sponsorship Intake Form.
Once you have decided on the sponsorship that is right for you we offer several ways to receive your special contribution. Through our Sponsorship Intake Form we can accept payment or by the links below. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and even some pay over time options. Checks or cash can be brought in or mailed to The 109 Gallery.
